For almost 20 years, we have been proud to sell
our products worldwide. We don't sell huge volumes, though -- US or otherwise -- so we use PayPal's
shopping cart, which unfortunately doesn't offer shipping costs per country. This has been
challenging, but we usually settled the cost difference after the order was placed. If a customer found
the added shipping unacceptable, no worries: we simply cancelled the sale and refunded the payment.
This process worked for many years...
About a year ago, though, PayPal changed their policies, and they now keep all credit card
fees during refunds, including the commission from cancelled sales. On international
orders, this commission often amounts to 5-6% of the price.
We would still like to sell a Halfmoon to our friends in Canada, Germany, Sweden, Australia,
the UK, Japan, etc. but the process has changed. If you want to order, please send a note to
info@halfmoon-switch.com, telling
us the product(s) you want, along with your country and Postal Code. We will reply promptly
with available shipping choices. Once you are comfortable with the costs, we will send you an
electronic invoice for the purchase.

excluding shipping, unless otherwise noted. Massachusetts residents and on-site sales will be
charged 6.25% state sales tax.
Items returned for any reason other than defective merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee
of up to 15%. Returns should include original packing materials and accessories, (cables,
manuals, and software, as appropriate); failure to do so with result in a restocking fee of
at least 15%, to be determined by Ashby Solutions.
