For over 20 years, we have been proud to sell
worldwide. Our store is small, so we use PayPal's shopping cart -- which doesn't calculate shipping costs
per country. Rather than use a fixed price, based on the highest shipping costs, we settled the difference
after the order was placed. If a customer felt the real shipping cost was too high, we simply cancelled the
sale and refunded the payment.
Times, though, have changed. PayPal now keeps all processing fees on refunds, including the cost of the
cancelled sale. For international orders, this amounts to 5-6% of the total. To provide a full refund,
we have to pay the difference.
We would still like to sell Halfmoons to our friends in Canada, Germany, Sweden, Australia, the UK, Japan, etc.
but the process has changed. To order, please send a note to info@halfmoon-switch.com. Mention the product(s) you want, your country, and the
Postal Code. We will reply promptly with the shipping costs. Once you are comfortable with the total
price, we will send you an electronic invoice for the purchase.
